Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Delivery Time Orders are delivered within 6–10 business days after Order has been placed, depending on your location within South Africa.

Shipping Rates We charge a flat rate of R100 for all orders shipped within South Africa.

Shipping Carrier We ship all orders via Aramex. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Shipping Destinations We currently ship to addresses within South Africa only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Restrictions We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Please ensure you provide a physical delivery address at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with Aramex to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
