Terms of Service

You must be at least the age of majority in your region to use the Services, and consent for any minor dependents using devices you manage. Information you provide (email, billing, shipping) must be accurate and complete. You're responsible for your account's security and all activity on it, and may not transfer or sell your account.

We aim for accurate product representation, but colors and appearance may differ from your screen. We don't warrant that products will match how they appear online. Descriptions can change, and we may discontinue or limit quantities of products at our discretion.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase — it's only accepted once we confirm it and process payment. Review your order carefully; we may be unable to cancel it once accepted. We'll try to notify you by email, billing address, or phone if we decline, change, or cancel an order. Returns and exchanges follow our Refund Policy. Purchases must be for personal or household use, not resale or export.

Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice; the price charged is the one in effect when you place your order, shown in your confirmation email, and excludes tax, shipping, and duties unless stated. Promotion-specific terms govern over these Terms where they conflict. You agree your payment details are accurate, complete, and authorized, and that you'll honor all charges at posted prices.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees — we're not liable for carrier, customs, or other delays outside our control. Once we hand off products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

All content on our Services — trademarks, text, images, video, and their arrangement — is owned by MugMotion, our affiliates, or licensors, and protected by intellectual property law. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only; you may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written consent. Our name, logo, and slogans are our trademarks; Shopify's are theirs.

Third-party tools we may offer are provided "as is" without warranty, and we have no liability for your use of them. Use is at your own risk — check the relevant third party's own terms. Any new features we add are also covered by these Terms.

Our Services may link to third-party sites we don't control and aren't responsible for. Accessing them is at your own risk — review their own policies, and direct any issues with third-party products or services to them directly.

MugMotion is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. Any purchases you make are directly with MugMotion — Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of these sales, and you release Shopify and its affiliates from related claims.

Personal information you share is handled under our Privacy Policy, and in part under Shopify's, since Shopify hosts our Services and processes data to provide and improve them — including sharing with third parties, potentially in other countries, as needed to serve you.

Any feedback, reviews, or ideas you send us grant MugMotion a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them for any purpose, including commercial. You confirm you own the rights to it and that it won't violate any law or third-party right. We're not obligated to keep it confidential, compensate you, or respond, and may remove feedback we find objectionable.

Our Services may occasionally contain typos, inaccuracies, or omissions in pricing, descriptions, or availability. We may correct these, or change or cancel orders based on them, at any time without prior notice — even after you've submitted an order.

You may only use our Services lawfully — not to harass, defame, mislead, infringe on IP, spam, impersonate others, or interfere with anyone's use of the Services. You also agree not to upload malicious code, scrape or extract data, or bypass our security or access controls. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Any autonomous or semi-autonomous software ("Agent") accessing our Services on your behalf must clearly identify itself as an Agent in its requests, must not mimic human behavior or bypass bot-detection measures, must answer truthfully if asked whether it's a bot, and must not circumvent any controls we put in place around Agent access.

We may terminate your access to the Services at any time, at our discretion, without notice, and you remain liable for amounts due up to that point. Provisions like Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Liability, and Indemnification survive termination.

Information on our Services is provided for general purposes only, without warranty as to accuracy or completeness — reliance on it is at your own risk. Services and products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, MugMotion, our team, and Shopify are not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages — including lost profits or data — arising from your use of the Services or our products, even if we were advised such damages were possible.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MugMotion, Shopify, and our respective teams from claims and losses — including legal fees — arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of law or third-party rights, or use of the Services. We may control the defense of such claims at your expense.

If any part of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted, and the rest of the Terms remain valid.

Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms doesn't waive our right to do so later. These Terms and any referenced policies form the entire agreement between you and MugMotion, superseding any prior agreements.

You may not transfer or assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer or assign our rights and obligations without notice to you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where MugMotion is headquartered, and you consent to the courts there having jurisdiction over any related disputes.

Section headings are for convenience only and don't affect the interpretation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes here — please check back periodically. Continuing to use our Services after changes are posted means you accept them.
